The P & C is run by a group of volunteer mothers, fathers and guardians of students from our school. We meet the first Wednesday of each month in the school term. Meetings start at 6:30pm and are held in The Shed. We welcome and encourage all parents to come to the P & C meetings to learn what our role is within the school and to offer their ideas and suggestions. We assist the school executive with decisions directly affecting the students of Dubbo South Public School.

We are always looking for parents to assist in fundraising projects. I you are interested in helping out please contact any of the very helpful & friendly P & C committee.
All monies raised through the P & C fundraising are directed straight back into the school to benefit all students.
The school canteen is managed by the P & C sub-committee and all profits from the canteen are donated back to the school. Volunteers are needed to assist in the canteen with day-to-day operations including food preparation and serving. Please contact our canteen manager Jodie on 68 822 957
